My surprise find of the day is this lemon 🍋 garlic marinade and dressing by @Chosenfoods. It made an absolutely delicious air fried chicken breast that I intend to use in a chopped salad tomorrow (i’ll be sharing the recipe soon.)

Now the problem… Have I eaten too much of the chicken in nibbling as I go and not enough now left for tomorrow’s salad 🥗?

Do we have an interesting melon, or did we simply pick it too early? It tastes very much like cucumber so I was wondering if this is a citron melon or cucumber melon. I will try to find something interesting to do with it rather than waste it.
Thinking I can definitely incorporate it into some type of salad.

We have this great European farmers market not too far from us and they have the best authentic coffee bar with beautiful matchas (a rose Matcha actually made with rosewater)
. I went to treat myself today and they were having something special going on.
Chatted with the sweetest lady and now I definitely know what I want to get the next time I visit.

Yes, I know I sound like my grandmother 👵 (who never had a papaya in her entire life.), but papaya are great for digestion. They contain not only fiber, but an enzyme called papain that can break down tough food proteins.

How you store your oils is quite important. 🙂 I buy large quantities so transfer a smaller amount to this green tint bottle with a pour spout that I keep handy for cooking and making salad dressings.

Taste testing @legendary Protein Breakfast Pastries 🥐 "pop tarts". For a high protein, low net carb treat, I would say it will serve your body far better than a standard pop tart, especially if you're watching your carbs. 😊
