Another super easy meal thanks to my Ninja Foodi. I used both the air crisp/air fry & roast settings to make these scrumptious Chinese 5 spice Roasted Carrots 🥕and a buttery flounder (any white 🐟 fish can work) with herb sauce. We were dining in under 30 minutes 😉

Easy meals are my thing and I happen to love a good salad. Tim wanted chicken strips so we collaborated and I decided to make us a simple chicken strip salad. Using my ninja foodie, I was able to air fry the chicken strips in 10 minutes and we were enjoying this delicious salad in no time flat😉

Most of the time lunch has to be super quick yet tasty and nutritious. This is one of my go to lunches and you can find some great things to elevate your lunch as well here on my LTK.

My OOTD for a crazy, errand running kind of day that started after an early morning walk and breakfast.

I can live in these Yunoga leggings and fleece top ($10) (for colder weather) with a longer back to cover the booty.

Finished it up with my favorite Brooks Ghost tennies (pink & black). Not shown here is a black cross body bag & black puffer vest as I headed out to run all the errands.
