Welcome to the Taylor Kitchen Family where we show VERY busy people how to make VERY delicious food in VERY little time so this Air Fryer Yogurt Harissa Chicken with a fresh Moroccan Carrot Salad fits the bill & comes together in under 20 minutes.

I've been loving #airfryer meals due to their #speedy nature & the fact that I don't have to heat up the kitchen.

Marinating chicken breast in Yogurt ensures you'll have a very moist bird and the Harissa adds so much flavor. I like to marinate the chicken breast in about 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1/4 cup Harissa (a Moroccan red pepper paste that lends a punch and one of my favorite pantry ingredients.

The salad is simply grated carrot 🥕, a dash of vinegar, olive oil, the juice and zest of 1/2 orange 🍊 and a handful of chopped mint. Easy, fresh & delicious.

My foolproof method for Perfect Boiled Eggs 🥚 is 4 minutes in my Ninja Foodi on the pressure cook setting, a quick release of the steam then an immediate plunge into ice water. It works perfectly every time.

The stye in my eye 👁️ is getting better. It no longer hurts and the swelling is going down. While I did eventually get a prescription., Some over-the-counter remedies are here on my LTK. The heated eye masks are very comforting when you have a stye, but I’ve heard they are good for dry eye or eye irritation as well.

If you’ve ever had a sty in your eye, 🙄then you know how painful they can be. My eye and surrounding area was so incredibly swollen. While I did eventually get a prescription antibiotic eye cream, There are some over-the-counter things that can help depending on the severity of the sty. The warming eye masks are highly recommended.🥰
