If you know me, you know I love anything lemon. 🍋🍋 What you need Store bought pie crust Lemon curd(I used Trader Joe’s) Powder sugar Mini cupcake pan Flower cookie c u t t e r Preheat oven to 375*. Rollout your pie crust, c u t out the daisies, press the daisies into the mini cupcake pan, gently push the middle down, so it’s flat. To prevent it from puffing, poke holes in the middle. Bake for 8-12 mins. Once baked, sprinkle pose fee sugar on the crusts.
