Going on year 3 of night shift as someone whose body absolutely rejects being nocturnal.

I absolutely refuse to over-consumes for work… so if I’ve bought it, used it, and repurchased it — it’s actually worth it.

I’ve spent way too many hours researching how to survive this era until I transition to days.

For me it’s about:
• protecting my sleep
• supporting my nervous system
• staying comfortable for 12+ hours
• and doing small things that make me feel human again

I have never seen ANYTHING like this amazing knit set from Sabo Skirt. It’s a heavy weighted knit material is such amazing quality without being hot, perfect for summer or vacation. I got it in an XXS in the pants and XS in the top (could have definitely gotten an XXS in the top too). Can’t recommend this one and sabo skirt enough.
