You haven’t had good guacamole until it’s made in a molcajete. Using this one, my guacamole now tastes just as good as the guac served at Mexican restaurants. Never again will I make it in a bowl. Pressing and grinding the more aromatic layers together releases all their essential oils and completely extracts their juices and rich flavors, which ultimately adds more depth of flavor to the finished guac. You can literally smell the difference. If you love guacamole as much as I do, I highly recommend getting yourself a molcajete. You’re not limited to making guac either!
