If you haven’t put away your holiday decor, I’m serving up inspiration and tips in this post. 1️⃣ Discard any decor you did not use this year or love. Don’t even bother packing it away. 2️⃣ Use all the same type of bins for storage. This will create a cohesive look that reduces visual clutter in your storage area and ensures the bins can easily stack on each other. (These bins from @thecontainerstore are on sale right now and are my favorite for long term storage.) 3️⃣ Fill your storage bins with decor by type or by space (all garlands together or all mantle decor together for example). 4️⃣ Don’t forget to pack up holiday books, socks, pjs, games, wrapping paper etc. This will keep them fresh and exciting for next year. 5️⃣ Label your bins with what’s inside to take out any guess work next year.
