Another day and another discovery in my closet. I pulled these Wit & Wisdom skinny utility pants out a week or two ago and they’ve been sitting to the side since then. Today’s forecast is a bit windy & cooler than usual so the perfect day to wear them out after a two year hiatus (they didn’t fit until about 6-7 months postpartum). It’s Day 6 of sticking to my shop my closet concept and I think I’m doing well so far!

Day 2 of shopping my closet. Yesterday was my first day doing it (and I wore a gifted tunic top and my Old Navy jeans) but I am trying to do my very best to not buy anything new this month and go through what I have and rediscover old loves (hello leopard sandals!! 😍🐆)- and donate or sell what I no longer love. Two days down since got this, right?!

Little Miss is 12 weeks today and there’s 10 weeks between these two photos. While I’m not wear I want to be yet, I am celebrating the fact this romper fits a tad bit better than it did 2.5 months ago! Progress, not perfection (and I really need to keep reminding myself of that).

Give me 79° weather all year. The perfect temp! Pulling dresses and sandals out that fit again feels like a whole new wardrobe without the price tag. 😅 This dress will work perfectly for the last few weeks of summer weather and as we transition into fall weather- which hopefully is a ways out!

Sprucing up my “ in between” wardrobe (IYKYK) with this mixed and matched outfit. The skirt is so soft against the legs that are screaming at me after several brutal leg workouts so that’s good… 🫠. The first day of April was definitely no joke here! It was the perfect day to head to the zoo and enjoy one last family day for Spring Break. It was also the perfect day to wear my maternity shorts since this Mama is over pants! Can this be my new work outfit?! So comfy!

I took the plunge (ok ok half plunge) for the Special Olympics & the Law Enforcement Torch Run and I had way more fun than I expected. Our team of 10 helped raise over $1,000 and all the teams combined raised over $100,000 combined. This was also a good reminder of why it was my first and last 5K while pregnant- thankfully Riley helped pull me along on the leash. 😅 My On Clouds have lasted me through pregnancy as have my Lululemon Align leggings- comfort is key as I get bigger.

I decided I had to have this as my Hanukkah dinner outfit about 2 hours before…. But I didn’t have it in maternity. So me trying to snap a non-maternity bodysuit had me laughing hysterically while also out of breath from repeated attempts. Like an elephant trying to shove it’s butt into skinny jeans… 😂. Second Soring is here and taking full advantage of it! Picked up some new all day sneakers so broke them in with a walk around with the neighborhood with the little man and the puppy. It also helped justify inhaling 5 street tacos for lunch… 🙃🤣. Highly recommend On Clouds- my absolute new favorite workout and all day sneakers! It’s #nationalmargaritaday and the best way to celebrate is by pairing it with some delicious Mexican food!
