I share a lot of workout videos, and I’m often asked, “Okay, but what do you eat?” Fair question — because what we eat matters just as much as (and sometimes more than) how often we work out. I’m going to start sharing more of what that actually looks like for me day to day. One thing I always come back to: cutting back on refined sugar. It’s one of the simplest shifts that supports fat loss, energy, and lowers inflammation.
