One place I’m THRIVING right now is my nighttime routine. Shawn and I take turns putting Graham down to sleep at night, and this is a look at the ideal night (aka, I had time to reset the kitchen while Graham was taking a bath)🧼 🦵🏽 I have terrible Restless Leg Syndrome, and a secret hack to that is this vibration plate before bed!! It’s quickly been added to my non-negotiable nighttime routine. 🧖🏻‍♀️ taking intentional time to shut down the house and reset my space has had such a positive effect on my mental health and productivity. Shavings make a pile, and ritualizing a nighttime reset, typically to Sleeping At Last, helps take the edge off the next day. 🛁 a towel warmer, duh 💡 a smart bulb in the bathroom with a redlight setting. Shawn lives a gadget and a device, so he’s in charge of making sure our lights are all on dimmers and are “wind down friendly” ♥️ my new red light therapy mask is really helping me get to my goals with the whole “Year of the Pretty Wife” thing. ‼️‼️MAINLY keeping routines and systems in place because you’re worth it.
