💕Sometimes it feels good to slow down be creative and enjoy the process. An hour at the kitcken table making this garland was just what I needed to be in the moment and have a little fun.

After my surgery I now have lots of time to do things I didnt have time to do in ‘real life’ it’s been so good for my soul to just lean into the things I love to do. Why do we wait for, when we will have time? Let’s face it we will never have all the time we want to do the things we love.

But this year I’m saying yes to more things that sound fun and less to things that seem to drain me. It’s going to be a hard thing for me, cause I love being busy!! But I think my body is telling me its ok to slow down in fact it’s nessasry at my age.

We only have this one life so let’s enjoy it as much as we can.

Is time to for you to say YES to slowing down a few hours a day?
