Love this workbook SO much! I’ve used it since 2018 and I love looking back on things I wrote… I remember memories and also look at how far I’ve come! You can also work on throughout the year or say the month of January. I use it every January in the new year or leading up to it! It’s such a great reflection and goal setting book! Has really great quotes and notes pages too. This author is so good too I love her books she wrote and her podcast as well. She put a lot of thought into this and it’s my fav.

Love using this on my floss! I tried to take some holistic approaches to things and this living libations ozone gel is so refreshing. Your mouth will feel so clean. I use it on my floss before I go to bed and my mouth feels so clean but the reviews if you read them, some people have used them on their gums if they had receding gums, and it has helped them heal tremendously Ozone, and the oils in this are supposed to be very cleansing. It’s just a part of my routine that I really look forward to now.

Love this Shark Tank invention so much! I save all my soup and freeze it in here and have it ready all winter long.
