Homemade waffles… but make them gluten free 🧇✨
Gluten Free Series – Episode 1

Starting this little series because we’re figuring it out as we go over here… and if I can remake the good stuff gluten free, I’m doing it. Shoutout to my girl @holleyinthekitchen for the base recipe… 🫶🏼

Ingredients:
2 cups @kingarthurflour Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups warm milk
1/4 cup maple syrup

To make:
Whisk together dry ingredients
Add eggs, vanilla, melted butter, warm milk, and maple syrup.
Combine everything and stir until smooth.
Preheat your waffle maker, add batter, and cook until golden.

Only @dukes_mayonnaise in this house 💛 and it’s the base for the creamiest homemade Caesar. Once you make this, the bottled stuff is done. Promise!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup mayo
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 oz parm (freshly grated)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 lemon zest
1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp anchovy paste
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne

To Make:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth and let sit in the fridge to chill before serving.

Another Burrata Pasta Baby! 🍃

Ingredients:

• ½ box linguine
• 1 tub burrata
• 1 pack cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• Salt + pepper
• Heavy drizzle EVOO
• ½ tsp crushed red pepper
• Fresh parmesan + basil

To Make:

Sauté tomatoes in olive oil until soft. Add garlic + seasonings and let simmer.
Break open burrata, add to pan, then transfer to a blender and pulse until smooth.
Pour back into pan, toss with cooked linguine, add crushed red pepper + parmesan.
Serve warm and finish with fresh basil.
