Just in case I linked both!!

Here is how I did it: Fiesta Ranch Chicken Bowl

4 Chicken Breasts chopped
1 packet Fiesta Ranch (or taco seasoning)
Rinsed & drainer black beans
1 can Rotel
2 cups frozen corn
2 cups rice
1 cup chicken broth (low sodium)
1 cup water
(You can do 2 cups of Ckn broth instead of water)

Add desired toppings!
We love avocado, tomato, sour cream & cheese

Transition easy into
*slow cooker meal: 4-6 hour chicken with 1/4 cup chicken broth & everything but rice & 2 cups of liquid make rice when chicken is done and add to pot
