To get started on your health & fitness routine you truly don’t need much! I would recommend 5’s, 8’s and 10’s for dumbbells. We have slowly accumulated more over the past 3 years! We love this gym flooring, super cushiony & builds like a puzzle. The weight rack has been great with keeping things organized
