EASY VALENTINES CAKE POPS // I love a good cake pop and since learning how to make a semi homemade version, it’s one of my favorite treats to make. These Valentine’s Day ones are super cute - and also tasty.

You’ll need
- 1 box Little Debbie Valentine Cakes
- Red candy melts
- Straws or lollipop/candy sticks
- Sprinkles
- Optional - cellophane bags & ribbon

Let’s make it
- Unwrap individual cakes and place in large bowl
- Using a mixer or spoon, break up cakes and combine
- Using a mini scoop or spoon, scoop about 1 tbsp of the cake into hand
- Roll between palms to create a round shape
- Place on wax paper lined sheet pan
- Insert straw or stick
- Pinch cake around straw or stick if there are gaps
- Place in freezer for 10 minutes
- Add meltable candy to bowl and heat until melted (according to package)
- Dip cake pops into the melted candy
- Add sprinkles immediately
- If desired, place in cellophane bags after the pops have dried and tie with ribbon

VALENTINE POP TARTS // Who doesn’t love a pop tart? I remember the first time my kiddos tried one and looked at me like I had been holding out on them. These heart shaped ones are super simple to make and taste so good!

You’ll need
- Refrigerated pie crust
- Strawberry jam or preserves
- Frosting
- Sprinkles
- Heart shaped cookie cutters
- Parchment paper
- Baking sheet

Let’s make them
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Gently unfold pie crust, leaving it on the paper it comes wrapped in
- Cut out hearts using cookie cutters, making sure you have an even amount
- Top one heart with 1 tbsp of jam/preserves
- Top with plain heart
- Seal by pressing fork tubes along seams
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Add each heart to baking sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Microwave frosting for 30 seconds
- Stir and drizzle over hearts
- Add sprinkles if desired
