Love this new spring dress from Hill House. It has smocking at the top, a straight flowy skirt, and sheer sleeves. It’s super lightweight, so perfect for the spring and summer, but the sheer sleeves mean I don’t have to cart around a cardigan. (Because let’s get real…when places turn the air on, it’s often freezing inside!) This dress is so comfortable, and can be dressed up or down.
