Who is the Organized Housewife?

Long before I was a mom on the verge of an empty nest, I was a stay-at-home mom.

Caring for our three children was everything I had ever wanted; morning walks to the bus stop, homework at the kitchen table while dinner simmered on the stove, and a packed calendar. Every day, I was easily inspired to write and share a post on my Mommy Blog.

I had successfully created the life I dreamed about as a latchkey kid in the '80s.

The years went by fast, as they tend to do, and that family calendar started showing more empty squares than filled ones. I kept busy growing my mommy blog into a freelance writing and social media management side hustle, creating content and keeping up with trends.

Today, I am a 55-year-old mom who has found my place on the internet as The Organized Housewife, sharing things that keep me organized, cozy, and make life run smoothly.

My new hyper fixation snack on repeat.

After a rough dry winter I need to restock my Nivea moisturizer.
