As 2025 comes to an end, I’ve been thinking about what I don’t want to carry with me anymore.

-I’m leaving behind overexplaining myself.
-Shrinking to make others comfortable.
-Living on autopilot.
-Holding onto relationships that drain me.
-Waiting for the perfect time.
-Saying yes when I really mean no.
-Being hard on myself for growing at my own pace.
-Measuring my worth by productivity.
-The fear of disappointing others.
-And old version of myself that no longer fit.

What are you leaving behind as we step into the new year?

I’ve always loved wearing unique pieces that stand out and make a statement.

This was my Christmas dinner outfit, and those statement pants with the bow detail are everything!

I styled them with a sparkly white button down and a velvet blazer for the festivity.

I’ve also worn these pants with a black turtleneck, and they look just as good.
