I originally accepted this PR for my husband and quickly kept it for myself. I have been so impressed with native’s new sensitive line from the minute I tried it. I fell in love with their body wash first, and their lotion is just as amazing. This is my key to keeping my skin hydrated after those beach and pool days this summer. While I am postpartum and it’s probably not the ideal time, I can’t wait to purge my closet. Two years ago I declutters my cover-ups and to this day, getting ready for the pool or a beach trip is so easy. I left only white options behind because they match any swimsuit and I can be as colorful or neutral with my swim choices as I want. This summer, since my body isn’t quite where it used to be, I’m working on my pool and beach sandals. These new additions are the flip-flip trifecta, PLUS they offer comfort and arch support! On Wednesday our sweet baby boy turned 9 months old, which means I’m now 9 months postpartum. I’d be lying to you if I said getting dressed for these warmer days has been easy. Dressing for our recent FL trip was also a royal pain in my behind because nothing seems to fit right…then this Lilly Pulitzer dressed entered the chat! I ordered it for my law school reunion weekend but grabbed it for a kindergarten event the other day, because again, nothing fit and we were running late 🫠. What a difference a year can make! My second pregnancy was definitely rougher than my first (thanks morning/all day sickness) but I miss the bump sometimes, even if dressing it was a challenge in the heat. I sized up to a large, and this sweatshirt was the GOAT of the summer. There’s an updated version in light blue that’s perfect for the upcoming season. Matching kids option available too. This romper saved me during the Florida heat at eight months postpartum! The long zipper front gave perfect access for nursing on-the-go, which you need when traveling with an infant. I loved the details. The navy felt high-end at a Target price point. I sized up to a medium. It was roomy under the arms but I paired it with a sports bra and it looked fine.

Took an unintentional social media break while on vacay with the fam! ✈️🏝️ I typically don’t post anything in real time for safety reasons but let me tell you, I wanted to because my fellow mamas needed to know how this @mabecarriers was doing the Lord’s work. Our 8-month-old took his job seriously and decided to hit lots of milestones as we were literally boarding the plane…so when the stroller was no longer appealing, the #mabecarrier saved the day. Highly recommend if you have a large baby and upcoming travel plans ☺️

So let’s talk about how I was looking for a unicorn of a dress... at 7 months postpartum while exclusively nursing. My kids and I were tagging along to my husband’s annual dental conference because it was at the Omni Bedford Springs this year (amazing hotel, btw!), and it’s been on our list of places to visit. Even if we weren’t attending the seminars, we’d be interacting with colleagues and acquaintances throughout the day so I was on the hunt for something ✔️polished, ✔️flattering, and ✔️easily accessible for baby to feed. Oh, and I also refused to spend top dollar for something I may only wear once (or not at all, if I really needed to be in leggings to manage my preschooler too). I searched almost nightly while rocking my little guy to sleep - lo and behold! I found it and I need to share this amazing dress with you all!
