My favorite post-op mommy makeover items! Some postpartum items in there seem kinda odd BUT the nursing bras are so comfy & very similar to the bra they give you in the hospital after having a BA. Purchased some mesh underwear to prevent irritation of my abdominoplasty. The yoga bolster has really been helping me work on straightening my spine when I sit so I don’t sit hunched over still.
