Can’t talk right now, apparently I’m adding board and batten to my whole dang house? But seriously, I’m obsessed with how cozy this room feels now. I also painted the ceiling, changed out the rug, swapped out the curtains, and repositioned the chaise lounge. I know it’s supposed to be a guest room, but we might have to sleep in here sometimes, too, because it feels like a little staycation getaway right in our basement!

Heads into Target for paper towels and toothpaste… 90 minutes later I’m back in my car and already packed for the weekend away I haven’t even booked yet 🤣 Okay, I didn’t actually buy it all, just the perfect $10 T-shirts(!) But all of these pieces were a win for me for you! I love how the strapless swim top actually stays up, and those striped cotton shorts are all the comfy! The strapless midi dress is lined and can easily double as a skirt by untying the bow and tucking in the bodice, plus pockets win extra points for me ALWAYS. Are you a sucker for trying on all the things at Target too? 😅
