I’ve never told anyone this before but, sometimes when I’m going through challenges or I’m feeling burnt out and exhausted, I sometimes stray away from self-care practices. But, I’ve learned through time that it’s those moments that we need self-care, the most. So even if we’re exhausted and don’t feel like doing the things, we have to take care of ourselves to get through to the other side. And remember no one’s gonna care for you the way that you do.
