My recipe-
Cut off orange peels 5-6 Cara Cara oranges
Cut off lemon peels- 4-5 lemons
Bundle of Turmeric
Bundle of ginger
*juice all 4 items above then add..
Add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Add 1/4 tsp black pepper
Add each day to shot glass 4-5 drops oregano oil
