How I treated my 30s acne:
Spironolactone - prescription med, I take 25 mg
Triple cream (more for rosacea) - prescription (invermectin, azeleic acid, metronidazole) - will include some OTC azeleic acid options
Clindamycin face wipes (prescription)
Cleanser for acne & 2 min cleansing
Micellar water for removing make up
My favorite non eye-irritating cleansing balm
Clean microfiber towel every day
Salicylic acid acne spot treatment
Hydrocolloid “pimple” patches (for overnight improvement when needed)
Hypochlorous acid spray after the gym or work or anything gross
Water based/acne safe moisturizers

Glass skin recipe ✨
The (featured in post) are my current routine but I do change things frequently throughout the year - same ingredients.

Retinoid - I’m currently using arazlo but also love tretinoin (both are prescription.
OTC options: neutrogena retinol (affordable) and skinceuticals.
Azeleic acid - I’m using the naturium one but other good ones below.
Vitamin C - CE ferulic is the gold standard but it is pricey. They make an option for oily/acne prone skin. Also loooove the neutrogena collagen bank vitamin C.
Moisturizers - manyyyy good ones and I usually have lighter gel based (if I’m feeling oily) to thicker creams when needed.
Sunscreen - ok I have tried manyyyyyyy and a lot are too thick or break me out. These are my favorites that are light, not sticky, don’t break me out!
