One of my absolute new obsessions is the Spylt caffeinated protein drink OH MY GOSH when I tell you it just tastes like a frickin milkshake, but has 20 grams of protein, 90 calories and CAFFEINE?? It’s the perfect morning drink and it’s DELICIOUS. The cost per can is high but I cannot stop ordering it I love it so much. Every flavor is great but I love the chocolate ones!
