Sharing these again to remind myself to make some this weekend! 😂🫐 These are the easiest, yummiest breakfast bars to have ready for a busy week! Blueberry White Choc. Scone Bars — Recipe Below! — Ingredients: 1 stick Unsalted Butter, cold + shaved 2 cups All Purpose Flour 1/2 cup Sugar 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon 2 + 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder - Mix everything together until the mixture is sand like - Add in ⬇️ 1 egg, whisked 1/2 cup Milk 2 tsp. Vanilla 1 cup White Chocolate Chips 1 cup Blueberries, frozen 🫐Mix until everything is together. Press into a prepared brownie pan. Bake at 350*F for 20 minutes or until top is golden. Cool and drizzle with a vanilla glaze made of powdered sugar, a bit of milk & vanilla extract.
