• TUESDAY TIPS • This week we are talking all things pregnancy related! We are kicking off with everyone’s least favorite pregnancy symptom…MORNING SICKNESS! Here are a few tips we’ve found that help with morning sickness: 1. Sleep! When in doubt sleep it out. On top of being exhausted from growing a human, sometimes the best thing you can do to combat morning sickness is sleep! 2. Anti-Nausea Bands: Bands use pressure points to help alleviate nausea. Wear them on one or two wrists and see if they help! We recommend the OG Sea-Band, @fridababy Anti-Nausea Band, or for a bit more fashion, @blisslets. 3. Ginger: Let’s start with chews - @preggiepops, @pinkstork, and @chimes_gourmet are our favorites! But if you’re not fond of the chews, you can try drinking a ginger beer like one from @fevertreemixers or good ol’ fashioned ginger ale. 4. Snacks (or if you’re Julie or Christina, sour candies): Keep snacks EVERYWHERE you can - by your bedside, in your car, in your purse, maybe even the bathroom. Having a little snack when you feel nauseous can really help kick the feeling sometimes! 5. Unisom + B6: An OTC combo that some of our mamas swear by to help with morning sickness!
