Did you read that correctly? It’s hard to find pants under $30 that give inseam options! (At the time of posting the black ones are on sale for $22!)

I’m 5’8” and have REALLY long legs even for my height. I’m wearing a medium 34” inseam and they are FABULOUS 🤩

I have been counting down the days into I could finally start choosing and sharing the fun finishes for our Lake Build!

It’s no secret we are doing this project on a major budget. We wanted a functional family friendly lake home that can sleep lots of people! The layout and sleeping capability was most important, and fancy finishes were not!

We opted out of all the builder grade finishes we could and are providing those ourselves for a more upgraded look without the upgraded price tag!

All of these light fixtures fit our “rustic traditional” vibe and also fit the budget! The biggest “splurge” being decent looking ceiling fans! Vanity lights are a great way to save money because there are tons of affordable options that look FANTASTIC!
