Who’s coming over for chips and salsa? This is seriously the best tomatillo salsa ever! I make this on repeat the entire Summer! Roasted Tomatillo Salsa 8-12 tomatillos, husks removed 4 serrano peppers, stems removed 1 cup water 2 tbsp chicken bouillon 1 whole head of garlic, peeled ¾ white onion, quartered 1 handful cilantro ½ tbsp Kosher salt Husk and wash the tomatillos and Serrano peppers. Add to a cast iron skillet and char on all sides. Add one cup water, chx bouillon, and garlic to a sauce pan and boil for apx 15minutes. Rough chop onion and cilantro and toss into blender. Add the tomatillos, peppers, and garlic/bouillon mix into blender. Blend until desired consistency. Be forewarned, this is highly addictive!! (And a little spicy!) 🌶️ Now, who’s coming over?
