Lux or Less? WHich would you choose? A good reminder that more expensive doesn’t always mean better. ✨ I tried the pricier version in-store and was honestly disappointed. While it has a beautiful, fluid drape, the bodice fit just wasn’t right—you can even see in the product photo how the neckline gaps through the bust, which changes the whole look and takes away from that polished, tailored finish. Its fabric blend (85% viscose, 9% polyamide, 6% linen) feels luxe—but it wrinkled *so* easily, which is a dealbreaker for me. The more affordable option, on the other hand, looks like it has a more structured silhouette with a neckline that sits closer to the body, which would create a cleaner, more flattering fit through the bodice. Its fabric blend (20% linen, 30% viscose, 50% polyester) should hold its shape and resist wrinkles much better, so I may order that one and give it a try. For me, being eco-conscious isn’t about always buying the most expensive piece—it’s about choosing what you’ll actually wear, love, and keep in your closet long-term. If something wrinkles too easily (unless it’s an exceptional linen piece), I know I won’t reach for it… and that usually means it ends up in the donation pile. The most sustainable purchase is the one you’ll wear again and again. ♻️✨ LTKdayinmylife LTKgrwm LTKOver40
