PCOS GIRLS, this one is for you. I have had cysts on my ovaries on and off since middle school. My fertility doctor diagnosed me when it when we were going through IVF but I’ve never claimed it over myself because I just refuse to. Fast forward to 2024, I hadn’t noticed it since I had kids, but the last 5 months or so I have been feeling them come up again at the beginning of my cycle. Some have made me doubled over in pain. I decided to research some natural ways to fix it and I’m now 2 months in and all my symptoms are completely gone. I will link everything I did below.

Castor oil pack - I do this in the evening and sleep with it on my lower belly. 3 times a week. The first night I did this, I could physically feel it pulling the toxins from my ovaries. I had slight cramping all night. It was wild!

Berberine - I take this before lunch and dinner every day.

Ashwaganda and magnesium - I take this at bed every night. It lowers cortisol levels and gives you the best sleep of your life.
