It’s a rainy Thursday here, I have a huge migraine and felling sick and tired … I have a ton of things I should be doing but my body is asking me to rest … is hard to listen to yourself when you have so many things to do and is hard to remember that you need to pause and give yourself grace specially when your body is the one that is asking you for that pause 🥲🥲 but also, we shouldn’t feel like we shouldn’t have time to rest or just sit down and relax… we need to learn how to be kind to ourselves and give ourselves grace because it’s now or never .. we only have one body and we only have one life , we shouldn’t treat ourselves like machines , we should rest and enjoy a lazy day , take time to heal and take time to relax..you’ll figure out that, once you know how to listen to your body and treat yourself with kindness, the world is not that bad of a place, the world is a much better place when your mind, your soul and your body are in synchrony.
