Sushi Sandwich 🍣 Ingredients • 1 nori sheet + 1 small piece for sealing • ½ cup sticky white rice • ¼ cucumber, sliced • 2-3 slices smoked salmon • ¼ avocado, sliced Spicy Mayo: • 2 tbsp mayo + 1 tbsp sriracha (mix together) Instructions 1. Spread rice over the nori. 2. Layer cucumber, salmon, and avocado on top. 3. Place the small nori piece on top. 4. Fold it up like a wrap and cut in half. 5. Dip in spicy mayo & enjoy!
