Make your outings so much smoother with these methods:

1) pre-pack the diaper bag every night before going to bed, even if you don’t have plans! That way, you’re always ready to go if the moment strikes. One less barrier to getting out the door.

2) stack diapers VERTICALLY (often in a side pocket works great) so you can see how many you have left

3) buy travel size wipe packs so you have less bulk to carry around (comment WIPE and I’ll send you the ones we use)

4) use pouches to separate items inside. I do one pouch for spare clothes, one for snacks, one for toys. That way I can find what I need quickly without digging around too much.

5. Keep a roll of doggy bags in there!! These are perfect for wet or dirty clothes, used diapers, etc. it’s shocking how often these come in handy!

I originally had a convertible high chair that had all the bells and whistles - including soft padding and lots of levers - turns out those are good MAGNETS and a NIGHTMARE to clean!!

I got tired of trying to clean food out of fabric seams and small crevices and switched to a simple, wipeable high chair and will never go back!!

Step By Step 👇

1. 4 oz hot water
2. Froth in 1 (heaping 😅) tsp matcha powder (comment MATCHA for some good options)

That’s it!

A second cup of coffee was making me jittery and nauseous, but now I have this delicious matcha treat every afternoon and couldn’t be happier with it!

Matcha has a slower and more sustained caffeine release, so it is often better tolerated than coffee 😎
