The prettiest summer mimosa. 🍓🥂✨ Raspberry + mint orange juice ice cubes slowly melting into bubbly prosecco and sparkling citrus for the perfect summer brunch drink. 🤍 And because no prosecco should go to waste… this little champagne topper at the end is one of my new favorite hosting hacks. 🥂 RECIPE: 🍓 Raspberry Mint Ice Cubes • Fresh raspberries • Fresh mint leaves • Orange juice Fill an ice cube tray with raspberries + mint leaves, then pour orange juice over the top and freeze until solid. 🥂 For the drink • Prosecco (I used LaMarca) • Sparkling citrus drink or blood orange soda (I used Sparkling Ice Cherry Limeade!) Add the ice cubes to a glass, fill about 3/4 full with chilled prosecco, then top with sparkling citrus.
