I started with the same gingham blouse + brown skirt, then added one extra layer—and look at the difference! A cardigan, denim jacket, or statement layer instantly makes the outfit feel more intentional, polished and put together.

It’s one of my favorite styling tricks, especially when I want to make pieces I already own feel fresh again.

The formula is simple:
TOP + BOTTOM + THIRD PIECE = OUTFIT ✨
