So grateful I keep Liquid Gold on hand for moments like this. 🥹🤍 Monday night I pumped only 1 oz in the evening, which was a big drop for me. I took Liquid Gold throughout the day yesterday, and by last night I was back to pumping over 4 oz. 🙌

Breastfeeding and pumping can be such a rollercoaster, and having something in my cabinet that I can reach for when I notice my supply dipping gives me so much peace of mind. Definitely one of my breastfeeding staples! 🍼✨

Turning clothes that were just sitting in my closet into a FREE ThredUp haul 🙌🏼♻️

I sent in clothes I wasn’t wearing anymore — including pieces that just weren’t selling on Poshmark — and used the credits I earned to pick out these 3 new-to-me pieces.

Aiden and I picked up a $10 surprise seafood bag from Whole Foods and unboxed it together to see what we got. I genuinely wasn’t expecting THIS much food for $10! 🙌

A fun little playroom upgrade that saved us from a much bigger project 🙌🏻 Aiden’s playroom doesn’t have any overhead lighting, and instead of paying to have the whole room wired, we added these battery-operated puck lights to the ceiling!

They come with two remotes, so we kept one and gave Aiden the other. He LOVES getting to choose what color he wants his playroom to be. 🌈 We’re also using rechargeable batteries, so we can just recharge and reuse instead of constantly replacing them.

Such an easy, budget-friendly way to add light to a room without any electrical work! ✨

I was trying to put him down for a nap, but every time I did, he reached for me to pick him back up. So I stopped trying.

I wasn’t quite ready for him to sleep across the room, but he had definitely outgrown his bedside bassinet. Then I saw someone remove the front panel of their crib and turn it into a bedside crib—and it has been such a great transition for our family.

Sometimes the simplest parenting hacks make the biggest difference. So grateful someone shared this idea because it’s given us a little more time with him right beside us. 🤍

Always make sure your crib is securely attached to your bed (if recommended by the manufacturer), the mattress heights are level, and that your setup follows your crib’s safety guidelines before trying this.
