Seven months of breastfeeding. 🤍 This week is World Breastfeeding Week, and I couldn’t think of a better time to look back on everything this journey has been. The middle-of-the-night feeds. Pump sessions. Frozen milk bags. The moments I questioned myself. The moments I felt so proud. The tiny hands reaching for me, the sleepy cuddles, and the comfort that only a mama can give. Breastfeeding has challenged me, taught me patience, and given me some of my favorite memories with Philip. Every breastfeeding journey looks different, and every one is worth celebrating. Whether you breastfed for one day, one month, years, pumped exclusively, supplemented, or found another way to feed your baby with love—you are doing an incredible job.
