Day 3 with AG1 and I started mixing it with a splash of apple juice to make it a little tastier. I also add a bit of Metamucil to help support digestion.

It has been giving me such a steady boost of energy and helping clear that morning brain fog. Still early, but so far I am really enjoying how I feel starting my day with this.
