Day in the life

✨Starting my morning trying Bloom Nutrition Creatine for the first time
it goes down easy, no bad taste at all... very palatable. I
also love that it supports cognitive health like focus, memory, and learning, while helping with lean muscle, strength, and faster recovery.
✨Then I hopped on my vibration plate you already know the benefits. Think circulation, toning, and helping with the appearance of cellulite. It's one of those quick things that actually makes a difference when you stay consistent.

✨Selfcare is non negotiable, so of course I had to get my Russian pedicure. I've been doing Russian pedicures for 3-4 years now and I could never go back. My nails stay clean, healthy, and I've never had any issues. Water pedicures? Not for me.

✨I also stopped by Omni Spa Fort Lauderdale and it was everything I needed. You already know I love a good spa moment, especially the sauna... always my favorite part. This was my first time there and I really enjoyed it. Such a good reset.

✨And to wrap the day, I spent the night at the fair with my family just having fun, laughing, and enjoying real quality time. The
perfect way to end it.
