Part two of transforming our new construction home into a high-end ✨model home✨ is here — and this time, we’re focusing on the kitchen! Since this isn’t our forever home, we’re being super intentional about avoiding large projects or structural changes. Instead, we’re using smart interior design choices to bring character and function into our open concept space with high ceilings and tons of potential 🙌🏽 First, I swapped out the basic light fixtures for sleek black ones with rounded bulbs — such a small upgrade that instantly gave the space that modern design touch. I also traded in our stainless vent hood for a black stainless version, which added a more refined, high-end look. To bring in warmth and personality, I hung a bold olive green canvas to fill an empty wall — and fun fact: I used Command Strips, so no nails in the wall 🏽✋🏽 And of course, the standout piece in this kitchen refresh: these gorgeous velvet dining chairs and counter stools, gifted by @popmaison. They’re incredibly comfortable, beautifully made, and totally elevated our home decor 🧑🏽🎨 You can shop the chairs and everything featured in the video by clicking the link in my bio or below to access my LTK 🛍️ 👇🏽Comment below — should I take on the laundry room, half bath, or outdoor space next? newbuild openconcept dreamhome highceilings realestategoals interiordesign homedesign homedecoration housetour homedecor homesweethome dreamhouse luxuryhomes luxuryhomedesign housegoals modelhome luxuryrealestate modernhomes modernbathroom kitcheninspiration LTKHome
