It has taken me WAY too long to realize that true happiness comes from being our true and authentic selves. For years I struggled with what others thought of me. Finally, in my 50’s, I don’t care anymore!

What makes me happy now is just being myself with zero apologies! And truth be told, no one is worrying about you anyway. They’re too worried about themselves!

I don’t love what aging is doing to my skin and my body, but I do love the empowerment and confidence it has given me. What about you? What has getting older taught you?

It may look a little creepy, but it’s worth the scare! Seriously, if used consistently, a red light therapy mask has sooooo many benefits!
