This brushed cashmere cardigan from JCrew is adorable!!!! It looks so good on and comes in several other colors. I paired it with these jeans from Mother. They are the Doozy which is a flare cut with a little bit more of an exaggerated bell bottom. (Note, the ones I’m wearing are from last year. The ones I’m linking are the same cut, but are frayed at the bottom and a slightly different wash). I went with a chocolate brown belt and shoes, gold accessories, and a red bag for a pop of color. Loving this adorable top from LillaP! It’s twill with a knit mock neck, gathered sleeves and the perfect swing!

No more skinny jeans with low shaft ankle boots! You don’t want that awkward gap of skin between the jeans and the boots (but let’s keep it real—if that’s your vibe, you do you!).

Here is a round up of some of my favorite ankle boots with a taller shaft, and some of my favorite cropped jeans. As a side note, the more narrow the shaft, the better. It’s just a cleaner look under the jeans.

I have been wearing these shoes on repeat. They are worth the investment. They have great arch support and are so comfortable. This color goes with everything.
