I’m honestly a little mad right now… because I just heard someone say that a lot of “wrinkles” aren’t actually wrinkles — they’re dehydrated lines. And once the skin is properly hydrated, they can soften or even disappear.

If that’s true… I spent SO much money over the years on Botox when I probably didn’t even need it. And don’t even get me started on all the skincare products I bought trying to “fix wrinkles” that may have just been dryness.

Now I’m focusing on hydration first — and I’m already noticing my skin looking smoother, plumper, and way more refreshed. It’s wild how much of a difference moisture can make.

Before jumping to expensive treatments, I’m learning to nourish my skin and support it the simple way. Sometimes it’s not about freezing your face… it’s about hydrating it.
