Getting dressed used to feel a lot more complicated than it needed to be. I thought I needed more options, more trends, more “newness”… but over time, I’ve realized it’s actually the opposite. The more I understand my personal style, the easier it becomes to put outfits together that feel effortless, polished, and like ME. But simple definitely doesn’t mean boring. I love using accessories to elevate an outfit, whether it’s a statement shoe, a great bag, or jewelry that pulls everything together. It’s those little details that make an outfit feel styled without overthinking it.

I also repeat pieces all the time now, just styled in different ways. That’s been a big mindset shift. Instead of always looking for something new, I focus on how I can restyle what I already own and make it feel fresh again. A few good basics really do go a long way, they make getting dressed easier, and they give you a strong foundation to build from, whether you’re dressing casually or for something a little more elevated.

• Beige belted dress: I found it to run small, recommend sizing up one size (I’m wearing a size 8)
• 100% linen, super breathable fabric and perfect for the warm weather!
• It’s such a classic dress and the type of dress that is really timeless and that you can wear year after year!

• Light blue top runs TTS. White jeans run TTS around the waist but they do run long in the length. (For length reference, I’m 5’6” and wearing them with about a 2” heel)
• A cute top and jean outfit is such a great outfit formula when you want to be dressy but not TOO dressy! The fun statement bag also ties everything together and adds a fun pop of color, texture, and print to the outfit! Outfit is from my latest Zara order!

• White dress runs small, recommend sizing up one size (I’m wearing a size 8).
• This is another classic summer dress but with a modern and trendy twist with the cutout detail at the sides and back! (It has a tie detail in the back.) SO pretty! This the kind of dress that you can dress up or down just by switching out your shoes and bag!

• Pink floral dress runs TTS.
• Such a great dress to have on hand for spring and summer! It’s one of those dresses that can be worn for an occasion like graduation, Mother’s Day, or a baby shower but it also could be styled casually with flat sandals and worn everyday!
