Today is more than the start of a new job.

Today is the beginning of a new assignment.

As I step into my role as Senior Director of Biola Learn & Business Development at Biola University, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude. This opportunity isn’t just about a title—it’s about serving a mission that is bigger than me: advancing the Kingdom of our Lord Jesus Christ through Christian higher education.

If you’ve been following my journey, then you know this season didn’t come without challenges, uncertainty, setbacks, and moments where I questioned what was next. But God never left my side. Every closed door, every delay, every lesson was preparing me for this moment.

These are the seven reminders I continue to carry with me every day:

✨ Your decisions determine your destiny.
✨ You become what you consistently think about.
✨ Without vision, you’ll never reach your destination.
✨ Your greatest battle is often with yourself.
✨ Overthinking steals opportunities—trust God and move.
✨ Never stop learning. Stay teachable and welcome correction.
✨ Success stories are written one faithful step at a time.

One verse has carried me through this season:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5–6

Today I simply want to say thank you—to everyone who prayed for me, encouraged me, opened doors, and believed in me along the way.

Most importantly…thank You, Jesus, for directing every step. The journey continues, and I’m excited to see what He has planned next. ❤️
