After seven years with Hatch I’m officially switching to Dohm.

I started hearing strange sounds from our Hatch before all the recent talk online about it being spooky and unreliable. As a mom that’s not something I can ignore when it comes to my kids’ safety or peace of mind.

The Dohm might not be as loud but it’s a literal fan and that alone makes me feel so much more comfortable using it in our home. It’s simple, steady, and it just works.

I’m not diving into rumors or trying to figure out who made what. I just know this switch feels right for us and I sleep better because of it.

So if you’ve been on the fence or looking for an alternative the Dohm is a solid 10 out of 10 in our house. Goodbye Hatch, hello peace and quiet 🤍

The truth is — Disney with a baby isn’t about doing what everyone says to do. It’s about finding the little things that make the biggest difference for your family. For us, it was comfort, peace of mind, and being intentional about how we moved through the day.

Disney with a 7-month-old in August heat… and we didn’t just survive — we stayed in the park from 10am to 10pm. 🏰✨

Her first day in Magic Kingdom and we went all in🎀
We mapped out our own guide for the day so we could hit every ride we wanted, keep Lilah cool, and make sure the big kids stayed happy.

No leaving the park. No mid-day hotel naps. Just 10am to 10pm — riding, feeding, cooling, and soaking in every ounce of the magic. And yes… she stayed in those ears the entire day. 😉
