Being UNBOTHERED is a mindset. 🧘♀️ Life is going to throw a million challenges at you, but you can’t let them bother you!!! Start the day with some kind of exercise. I used to do hot yoga at least 2 times a week when I was married and the boys were in pre-school. I loved it and felt so good about myself every time I completed a class. I would drop them off at school and have the free time to go. I was a stay at home mom at the time. So many years have passed (which is embarrassing but let’s choose to look forward not backwards!) and I just kept putting myself off. My divorce and custody trial took so much out of me on all different levels. I’m still recovering and finding who I am again. I finally started hot yoga again this week and I am so proud of myself.
