beach house style — in our hamptons ranch, we have a neutral palette with a lot of white. Kept it from being too flat by bringing in lots of natural materials like the woven light fixtures, rattan chairs, fiber rug.

We first renovated this bathroom in 2017 when we bought this house. Over the summer (7 years later!), we made few new small updates that had a BIG impact. One of my favorites: shifting the shower curtain higher, and buying an extra long one. Simple and such a game changer.

We used this couch for staging but loved it so much than when we sold, we took it with us! Now it’s in a new home in our hamptons primary bedroom. neutral layers with pops of warmth.

This bathroom was done over 5 years ago, and it’s still one of my favorites. I’m still using this tile everywhere— what a price! And black, cream & wood certainly hasn’t gone out of style.

A $10 body pillow insert that becomes the only statement a queen or king bed needs. I love using one super size lumbar, and now brands are catching on — these covers work for “body pillow” sized inserts. Inexpensive, a finished look + easy to make the bed = perfect for guest rooms & Airbnbs.

Always a fan of green as a neutral for a modern but organic, layered look in a bedroom

I like to mix a blackout shade with a linen, lighter curtain, OR a blackout, heavier curtain with a woven shade. This brings warmth and texture while making sure you get the room darkening you need. Two easy, inexpensive & in stock combos that do this.
